We want to ensure that the project you envision can become a reality, so let us explore what you want to see. We welcome you into our facility and walk you through step by step the important details of what makes a good home for you.

 

TO DESIGNS

We pride ourselves on our quick and thorough effort. We work diligently to provide our clients with the design they desire at the quickest rate in the industry.

 

Very promptly, we will create a layout for your review; along with some 3D concept art. We will walk you through and confirm all the requirements for your project. Once we have your approval, we will work tirelessly to prepare drawings to meet Ontario Building Code standards.

IN THE GROUND

Unlike most of our competitors, our service does not end at drawings. At Hom, we know that the largest obstacles for a project is submission to the city.

 

It is not uncommon for projects to be delayed weeks, even months, while the municipality and other governing bodies review the submissions. Worse yet, is discovering only too late that there are additional hurdles not originally disclosed which delays the project even longer.

 

Because of our expert knowledge and reputation with the local governments we will do our utmost to ensure there are no untimely delays in you acquiring  your permit.
